What we collect
When you book, we collect the details needed for your contract and your wedding day:
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers and mailing address for both partners
- Your wedding date, venues, times and wedding party size
- Your Photo Finish choice and the names you sign the contract with
- A review and star rating, if you choose to leave one after the wedding
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Vowly never sees or stores your full card number. With your permission, Stripe keeps your card on file so the balance can be charged seven days before the wedding.
How we use it
- To create your contract, confirm your booking and take payments
- To share the details your assigned photographer needs to cover your day
- To send booking confirmations, reminders and a review request
We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Your assigned photographer, and the service providers that run this website: Stripe (payments), Supabase (secure data storage), Resend (email) and Vercel (hosting).
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time, subject to records we must keep for tax and contract purposes. Email vowly.co@gmail.com.
